1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AccuLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AccuLink ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

AccuLink is a SaaS platform that provides data automation services, including but not limited to uploading Excel files, validating and transforming data, and submitting data to Accurate accounting software through the Accurate Open API. The Service is designed to streamline data management workflows for businesses.

3. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Use the Service to transmit any material that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to upload files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of all data you upload to the Service
  • Ensuring you connect the correct Accurate account, company, and database for your intended use
  • Verifying that submit actions will not cause unintended changes to your Accurate data
  • Reviewing data previews before confirming any submit to Accurate
  • Ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share the data you process through the Service
  • Backing up your data before using the Service

5. Accurate Open API Disclaimer

The Service integrates with Accurate accounting software through the Accurate Open API. Please note:

  • Accurate is a third-party platform. Integration depends on Accurate Open API availability and the permissions granted by your Accurate account
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Accurate or its parent company
  • The Accurate Open API is subject to its own terms of service and usage policies
  • We are not responsible for any changes, limitations, or interruptions to the Accurate Open API
  • You must authorize AccuLink to access your Accurate account through the official OAuth flow and comply with Accurate's API terms
  • We do not guarantee the availability or performance of the Accurate Open API
  • Submit actions performed after your confirmation may create, update, or modify data in your Accurate account. You are responsible for reviewing changes before confirming

6. Data Submit Responsibility

When you use the import feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any data submission to your Accurate account will be performed based on the data you upload and the selections you make
  • You must review the data preview and validation results before confirming any submit action
  • Submit actions may create or update records in your Accurate account, including transactions, customers, vendors, items, and other data
  • You are responsible for ensuring that submitted data is accurate and complete
  • We recommend backing up your Accurate data before performing large import operations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
