Accurate Authorization Data

When you connect your Accurate account, we store and process the following solely to provide the data import service:

  • Accurate OAuth authorization tokens required to communicate with the Accurate Open API
  • Accurate account, company, and database identifiers you select for importing
  • These tokens are used only to submit data to your selected Accurate company on your behalf

Uploaded Files

  • Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files (.csv) that you upload to the Service
  • Data contained within these files, including transaction records, customer/vendor information, and item data
  • Uploaded files and imported data are used only to provide the data automation service

Usage Data

  • Log files and activity logs related to your use of the Service
  • Device and browser information
  • IP addresses and access times

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your data uploads and import requests
  • Validate and transform your data as requested
  • Submit data to your selected Accurate account through the Accurate Open API using your authorization tokens
  • Send you technical notifications and support messages
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Accurate Authorization Tokens

When you authorize AccuLink to access your Accurate account:

  • We store OAuth tokens provided by Accurate's authorization flow solely to communicate with the Accurate Open API on your behalf
  • These tokens are encrypted and used only to submit data to the specific Accurate company you selected during authorization
  • You may revoke AccuLink's access at any time through your Accurate account settings or by contacting us
  • Upon revocation, we will delete your stored authorization tokens

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Accurate: When you use the import feature, your data is transmitted to Accurate through their API. This transmission is governed by your Accurate account and their terms of service.
  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Secure data storage with redundancy and backups
